my quick funds was a third party company reffered by a payday advance website. they contacted me when my information was submitted to the payday loan website. i applied for a payday loan over the phone by a customer service representative and during the conversation "collection of my information" the representative stated "important facts of the contract" and i was told that i would be sent a copy of the contract via email, the loan was for 400.00and i only recieved (380.00) and there was a fee of 180.00 which i had to pay back in 2 weeks,the rep stated that if i could not pay the 400 back in full i could pay 60.00 towards my balance every 2 weeks. i paid 180 on may 30th 2013. then on june 5th i was notified by my bank that my account had been overdrawn 6x35.00(overdraft fees). i did a stop payment because i was told i would be able to pay every 2 weeks not 5 days later.
on june 28th they withdrawed 203.00 directly from my account. it exceeded the amount in the agreement and i called them 6 times to speak to a supervisor 4 of the 6 calls when i asked to speak to a supervisor the calls "mysterioulsly" got disconneted with a total hold time of all 6 calls 76minutes and 11seconds. i was able to speak to a supervisor finally by the name of jason v. who barely spoke english and hardly understood what was going on i stated to him that since 203.00 was taken out of my account that i wish to pay the remaning balance of 200 for the loan and an additional payoff fee of 60.00 he refused to let me pay that he kept saying i owe 400.00 and that the money i was paying was towards principal of the loan which was not initaially stated at loan sign up since i never saw the contract i stated that to him several times and he said you should have got one and during the conversation @ 17:51 pacific standard time he sent me a copy of the contract i will attach an image of the email and the chain from may 7th,2013 the inital loan date to prove that i never recieved a copy of the contract when i was supposed to since i signed up over the phone. "which is a form of fraud and false advertisment" jason and the other customer service representatives stated that i should read the contract and i stated how am i gonna read something i dont have. i feel cheated bamboozled, scammed all of the above
