This site that I subscribed to is a total ripoff. I have been charged $12.95 twice and never received my password or login. The last email I received from this place was "We want your business! Click here to come back and complete the order process and view your credit report right now."

So now I have went to the site and clicked on forgot my password and login. I got in but there is nothing to see. You have to pay more money to see ANY of your credit reports. Although just above is says "complete the order process and view your credit report right now.". Sounds like a ripoff to me.

Sounds like a scam: Comes spend money with us that you could be sending directly to the credit bureau to get a real credit report that you can actually use to dispute things.

I have found that if your not using the actual credit report from the credit bureau that your are disputing then the credit bureau will not take it.

Also tried calling my.creditreport.com to discuss the situation. Automated systme puts me on hold with a possible hold time of "1 minute". So I wait and wait and wait. So decide to get online to see what time they close while I am on hold. But of course they do not post any business times online nor do they tell you while or before they put you on hold.

Bottomline. You dont get real credit reports from them and really you dont get any credit reports from them unless you pay extra money. So you pay $12.95 a month for them to monitor your credit but for some reason it does not work. I subscribed to one of these monitoring companies thru one of my credit cards and it works great. From $9.99 a month I get all 3 bureau credit reports, not officael ones but something is better than nothing. I get all 3 credit scores with help on how to make them better. I get any and all inquiries that have been made to my credit with with names of who inquired. Honestly very pleased with the performance of the one I have had for about 4 years now. my.creditkeeper.com is the best I have found. NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH THE ONE I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT my.creditreport.com. The only reason I went looking for another credit reporting agency was to get my REAL credit report. I had something on my Experian and Equifax and have taken care of the Experian as you can dispute anything on their site online without having to mail things in. With Equifax you need their credit report to dispute anything and this is where I get that you need the REAL credit report.

So heads up....DONT USE my.creditreport.com

GOT REFUND

Called the number that was on my checking account where they had charged me. 866-883-3309 Spoke to a young lady that could not figure out what was going on so she transferred me to the "Corporate Office". The young man that answered the phone asked for my name and looked at the account. Said something was wrong on their end and sorry for the inconvenience. "Your refund for the past 4 months @$12.95 will be refunded to you within 5-7 business days. Are you ready to write down your confirmation number?"

Was really surprised. Was ready for a fight. Maybe my luck is changing.
