I'll be brief. In Dec 2011 I purchased a domain name and 1 year of webhosting - about 120.00 total. I did this all online.
In Dec 2012 I tried to call company, left messages and emails to not automatically bill me as I did not need their services anymore. You see I set it up online, but they WANT you to call them and sit and wait (they didn't have great hours to call them at the time) for them to cancel your subscription. Well they charged me another $120.00. I couldn't get them to refund.
They tried it again this year suceeded, but then I called and actually had someone answer and return my payment. I told them that it is highly manipulative in my opinion to make it this difficult to stop a payment that was started online without any human intervention.
I must say the CUS Serv rep was extremely nice and it worked out, but they still operate in a very suspect way in regard to canceling auto billing. Not good mydomain.com
