mydv.co.uk ripoff Waltham United Kingdom Internet

I ordered 2 sony psps for my grandchildren for christmas.After a week I began to worry that I had heard nothing, no email to confirm my order and no date of delivery etc so I emailed them to ask when I might expect delivery ,no response I emailed daily before giving up and using live chat, I was assured that I would have them by christmas or I would receive compensation. December the 23rd arrived and my family clubbed together to replace them as they were obviously not going to arrive ( by then I had found pages and pages of reports about what a rip off mydv are) When I checked my bank statement I found ,to add insult to injury they had taken more than they should have done.

But by some miracle Yesterday 48 days after ordering them they arrived by DHL I couldn't beleive my luck they are a japanese version with a 2 pin plug no warranty and a japanese instruction book but they were actually here .
I put them up for sale on ebay describing them honestly as exactly what they are and to my amazement they sold within 3 hours on buy it now. I am only 100 down instead of the 380 that I was. I have been so upset by this whole episode that I will never order from any internet company apart from the big names again and I will never again use my debit card online as you have no protection that you get with a credit card company.

My heart goes out to those people who lost more than me as I know the distress it caused me at an already stressful time

This company were out to rip people off at the busiest time of the year, why when there were so many reports of their wrong doings to so many officals in the USA were they allowed to continue unchecked for so long hurting so many more people?
