Just wanted to update this posting on the "rebuttal" from josh@myfeeplan.com. His (?) response is below with my email to him (?)

Exactly what information should I email to you. I thought that the live chat I initiated (screen prints attached) confirmed that the refund would be processed. However, today I checked my account and your big fat rip off of a fraud posing as a company has done nothing to refund the charge which also threw my account into overdraft and my bank charged me another $37 dollars in addition to your stolen $19.95.
