mygiftcardsite.com US Bank National Association Stole $492 from me, and will not let me access it Internet

I had purchased a $250 gift card, which had a maximum limit of $500. I was Christmas shopping and purchased on item for $481 using two of the crads. Upon realizing I purchased the wrong item, I returned it and the company credited the $481 to one card. The mygiftcardsite.com said that since the amount was above the original purchase price, they red flagged my account and now I have NO WAY to get my $481 back....it is lost in cyber jail!!!

I have calll them 14 times, the merchant (which is a LARGE multi national discount store that was started in Arkansas (and rhymes with "allcart" also called this vendor with me, and the solution they gave was not working. mygiftcardsite and US Bank National Association now willl not give me my money. They stole $481 from me.....my account says it is available, but when you try to use the card, the US Bank National Association, mygiftcardsite.com says the account is on hold.

My giftcardsite.com and US Bank National Association have been contacted numerous times - I told them tonight I am forced to call the police and file a report of theft and that I will contact the Attorney General and they willl be sorry, and the guy laughed and said I guess you willl have to do that......THEY DO NOT CARE.....mygiftcardsite.com is a scam!!! They willl steal your money without working to give it back or solve your issue!
