I just discovered an un-authorized $36 charge to my credit card from mylife reunion search. The bank said I'd have to call the billing dispute department tomorrow since it's Sunday so I decided in the interim to see if anyone else has had the same problem. I wasn't surprised by all the other postings and in fact have been inspired by them to give these people what they so richly deserve. I will be initially filing complaints with my attorney general, the federal trade commission and some of the consumer advocacy reporters whose columns I follow. I suggest everyone who's had a problem with these people do the same and continue to update everyone on your progress thru this site. Greg Dawson of the Orlando Sentinal is an excellent consumer advocate who investigates complaints from all over the country. If anyone else has sugestions on avenues of complaint, please advise. NOTE: I also did a search for Jeffrey Tinsley (CEO Mylife.com) to get a list of media sources who have reported on the company to ensure that they get a complete picture of what these people are all about and not just a one sided public relations spiel. The only way to stop this kind of abuse is to scream loud and hard and long to anyone who will listen! It will not be as time consuming as some might think because all you have to do is write up your complaint once, then copy and paste it to each site or e-mail to which you want to send it.
