I am 39, looking for a job and/or anyway to earn an income as I have been unemployed for quite some time now.  I found an ad in several job posting websites that promised a way to get payed for referring their website.  It seemed legit as I hear of people making money by promoting others websites.  I found job ads on C.L., Indeed, MOnster Jobs, and Career builder.  It is so disheartening struggling and looking for work when most the stuff out there are scams.  I wish there were an agency I can joing to put these people down in the ground.
