I purchased the 3 day package for around $4.95  After the purchase, the company continued to charge my credit card over $35 dollars a month until I caught it about 4 months later when my wife went through the statements.  

When I contacted the company, they said they would not refund the money because it was after the billing date, they would cancel the subscription...I NEVER signed up for any subscription, or billing date...just a one time purchase.

Do not use this company, they are robbing people everywhere and getting away with it.  I am letting everyone know, and will looking into contacting a investigative reporter to look into this Rip off company.

Somehow the word has to get out, and it has to start somewhere.  You've been warned!  Don't get ripped off too!

We are very sorry that you feel this way and had this experience with our service. We take all feedback very seriously.

The free account gives you the ability to try out the Resume Builder to get a feel for how it works, and see what it has to offer before deciding to purchase. There is no cost to try it out. At this time we do offer free text (.txt) download of your resume. But if you would like a professionally formatted version you need to subscribe.

All of our subscriptions are auto-renewing. We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal upon purchase. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings.

We have 2 different subscriptions in our sales page. The first one is a 14 day full access trial for $2.95. This trial is of a subscription that auto renews on the 15th day if not cancelled. Customer will be able to unlimited print, email and download his resume. Create unlimited resumes and letter variations for 14 days. But After 14 days the subscription auto-renews, the price is $7.45/wek but it is charged every 4 weeks a total amount of $35.80 every 4 weeks. The second subscription that we offer in our sales page is our monthly access in which the customer has complete full access to all the feautres including coverletters. This subscriptions auto renews each year. The price of this subscription of $5.95/month, it is charged one time for the total amount of $71.40 every year when it auto renews. Customer can cancel at any time to stop auto renewal and any other further charge.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by calling. Our toll free line is 1-855-213-0348 representatives are available Monday to Friday 9am-9pm EST; Saturday 9am to 6pm EST; Sunday 11am -7pm EST. You can also cancel by logging into your account and clicking on the Name link. Then click on My Settings then Subscription and you can choose to cancel your subscription. You can also cancel your subscription by emailing your subscription cancellation request to customerservice@myperfectresume.com. Once your subscription is cancelled, you'll receive an email confirmation. Often auto emails can get picked up as spam or junk mail. Be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder. Additionally, you can click live help to chat with us online to request we cancel your subscription.
