Yesterday I received a USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelope with postage purchased through Stamps.com with the return address of Shawn Conne, 13600 Mica Avenue, Victorville, CA 92392 (see scanned image). Enclosed was a letter addressed to "Hello Independent Contractor" (see attached scanned image) and a United States Postal Service Postal Money Order in the amount of $960.45 (see attached scanned image). 

I was immediately suspicious of this unsolicited contact and the large shopper payment being offered for this very unusual shop.  My search resulted in my learning that this is a scam and had I deposited this money order, as instructed, I would have lost a lot of money.

I wanted to warn other potential victims in an effort to keep others from falling prey to their ruthless, heartless tactics.

Hopefully they will be caught and stopped from scamming innocent victims.
