Anyone wondering about the site goes to 1 of 2 web forums both of which are controlled by the co-owners of this business Darren Miller and David Hermasen. The scam claims to be able to setup a business with a US bank account in the US for non-US persons. They will take your money and attempt to delay you until your Paypal rights of 45 days to start a resolution expires. Negative messages are withheld from their forums so while you hear of people starting the process you never hear of those peoples outcomes. They will ignore your messages for weeks. When they reply the excuse is typically "a death in the family" or problems with the bank they are working through. They may offer you a partial refund if you wait a bit longer, again a tactic to buy time. If you have paid using your credit card you still have recourse as there is no time-limit and you should contact your bank and they will arrange a refund for you.
