First and formost, Im not saying this out of spite. This is something that needs to be changed. If nTelo's wants to appogize for what they have done maybe return some of the money basically stolen from my pocket. That will surfice. Until then, I will tell people my story.

I got the phone transfered due to sprint going up on a fixed contract every month by $20. So... i went into the nTelos location at burgres Road in Harrisonburg,VA and talked to them "no problem we will pay the termination fee"

Ok, so i filled out the paperwork. Month goes by and i receive a bill from Sprint for $900. WOW. ok so i figured well maybe someone slipped and never paid sprint from nTelo's like they said. Went back in "Oh, we needed the final bill thats all" so i asked "You are going to pay that for me? i dont have that kind of money i can throw at them at this moment" Brian (rep from nTelo's) replied " Its alright we will sign a check to them and ill be that. dont worry."

Couple weeks later at 7AM on a saturday, i get a call from collections. Ok maybe its a paperwork thing because it was done later then when it should have. NOPE SPRINT WASNT PAID. ok, then at that point i was getting livid. so i marched down to the nTelos location and talked to the manager. "oh well we reimburse you for the termination fee" I was thinking NOW YOU TELL ME!?!?! so my father helps me out and we go to sprint and pay it that day and head back to nTelos. We give them a copy of the recipt (after they try to take our original). it will be credited to your account.

Great so now ive paid $200 more (due to phones) switching over and owe my father about $1,000 (late fees added) should have stuck with sprint at this point. Well they call me up a week or so later "We can not credit this because its to steep for only 3 phones (mind you one line was a home phone connect box). WTF?!?!?!

So now im offically $1,200 in the hole and paying $180 a month from $120 from sprint originally (i did add another phone on nTelos plan but still) At this point 2 Months into my contract i was enraged. I sold my business to my partner due to my financal situation and bigger and better opertunities so im off the plan as of 8/1/2013

They never gave me proof that i was off the liability. So now im worried there going to come after me if there business fails. They changed the name already but not on the phone bill. They havent removed me from the authorized account holders like i asked. I've already got a phone though T-Mobile so if it falls into my lap (in which would be my luck due to me being the only one out of the three that has money) i don't have a use for the phone. I support local business alot and with nTelo's i have no faith in them with how they treated me and other costumers.

I run a local computer shop and if clients ask about my suggestions and ntelo's i tell them this. I wish i could say better but i must say, "RUN FOR THE HILLS" most of the rep's dont even know what there talking about. there SIM's only work in apples?!?!?! Um, SIM's will work in any phone equipt for SIM's and if the antenna information is up to date and can receive current signals.

Please Fix your problems nTelo's. You can't do business like this. you'll be gone quicker then Windows ME
