I heard the ad on the radio. The founder of this company was being interviewed by a radio personality who I trusted. I now know they are all out for the almighty dollar and will say anything for a buck.

I invested in a four year contract from NADN. I did try to get more information about the 30 day refund and I was brought to tears by the customer service rep. The savings they found for me was to "cash in my retirement and beg borrow and steal" to purchase a $10,000 package that would solve all my tax problems.

I did indeed purchase a Mall 4 All website. The site is suppose to be helpful to the disabled. I find it is not. I have a problem navigating the site myself.

This year, 2004, will be the second year they should do my taxes on the four year contract. (for 2003 returns). I have not yet received the packet for the tax information. I called several times. I phoned to make a complaint. I filed a complaint with Nevada BBB and the NADN has a record of my 4-year contract purchase.

In all the phone calls, I spoke to one person who said they would see that the packet was sent to me. I also checked with him to confirm they had the right address.

That was March 15th and as I said, I have yet
to see it.

I filed for an extention on April 13th because I could not get in touch with them. I left messages. The person I was referred to for complaint service does not work there (so they say)

The information was misleading regarding the whole service. Since I have to do my own taxes this year, I think I should be paid for it. I am doing their job.

They are rude and ruthless. At least it felt that way.

I'm not quite sure where to go from here, but heard on the radio that the Attorney General in Nevada wants to know who their clients are. This is a class action suit that will go on forever. If they have filed for Chapter 11, then what do we do?

This site is great. At least I can vent.

Taken by Reputable Radio Station too!

AUTHOR: Mark - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 06, 2004

I too fell victim being lured in by a very reputable radio station to this big scam. I feel the radio stations should be also held accountable since bottom line they were only looking at $$. They never checked for legitimacy concerning what they advertise resulting in scamming the American Public in order to line thier pockets.
I'm sure even though they are claiming bankrupcy, they have a nice stash of cash buried in thier friends/families "laundry" accounts.
Hard working people like you & I will just have to eat it while the government will take probably all of it in a so called "deal". Does this mean we will have to look for other ways to lower our income tax by scamming also? I'm not suggesting that.. but Ive never been put in a position like this where I'm begining to see it all revolves around the Almighty American Dollar & No Common Sense. I though I had some common sense...I'd be alot further ahead just having the Almight Dollar to buy my way through & out.

NADN/ORYAN LAS VEGAS ROBERT BENNINGTON, Oryan will not be making refunds.

AUTHOR: Kathleen - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, June 27, 2004

I have received five emails from Oryan Management re: Mall for All. The latest was an update on the status of NADN Chapter 7 and Oryan. Oryan does not intend to refund any money. This website www.nvb.uscourts.gov to retrieve a "Proof of Claim" for the NADN lawsuit. This is the first time I have been sent this much information. The amount of fraud these two companies have perpetrated on consumers is, to say the least, overwhelming.

The latest communication from Oryan contained this statement. "Oryan will not be making refunds. It is our objective to continue working with and supporting mall owners in generating revenue from their Internet Shopping
Malls."

No one from Oryan has helped me and the newest site doesn't have any help for American's With Disabilities which is why I purchased it in the first place. The first website had accomodations for the sight impaired and when that disappeared, then there was a charge to get it back or replace it. I don't really know because when I saw more money was involved, I just gave up.

I talked with someone at Oryan before I signed the papers. That man told me I would owe no more money. NO MORE. Even though they are being very cooperative now and appear to want to do the right thing, they were just as dishonest in the beginning as NADN.

Regarding Robert Bennington, I have a book written by him. Probably everyone does who bought into NADN. I heard him being interviewed on a talk show and it was very positive. He was convincing and the talk show host sounded like he thought it was great, and indicated he also invested in NADN's services. Also on the back of the book, "The Guaranteed Tax Savings System" 2001 Edition, the bio on Mr. Bennington stated he and his partner, Cort Christie, were winners of the Entrepreneur of the Year award in 1999, and Mr. Bennington had appeared on several network TV stations and radio shows, etc., etc., etc. With all that being said, it's no mystery why I got involved. Too trusting and too naive. He probably did commit suicide. Look what he was facing. Sadly, he has two young sons.

I like many others will be paying the IRS probably for several years and I truly believed these people were honest. Were the employees really former IRS tax preparers? Whose pocket is the cost of the lawsuit coming out of? I appreciate this site and was totally unaware that BBB was also a ripoff. It is good we have a place to do this.

Update on Filing Complaint with Las Vegas BBB re: NADN

AUTHOR: Kathleen - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 19, 2004

I filed a report with the BBB in Las Vegas regarding NADN. First they emailed me some information about who to contact. When I tried to contact that person, I was told they do not work there.

Recently, I received a follow up from the BBB. They sent an inquiry to NADN and NADN returned a letter stating that I had purchased a four year contract and they did not have a request for a refund.

However, I never asked for a refund. I asked for a packet to fill out in order for them to prepare my 2003 taxes. If they have a record of my purchase to cover their own butts, then they should have been able to send me the packet.

I sent a reply to the BBB that the remedy provided was not adequate. My last three years purchase should be returned.

Still waiting for a reply from 2nd request filed with BBB.

This class action suit, if indeed there is one, will take a long time, and I don't see how NADN can survive, let alone return all the money to people they defrauded.
