I purchased my pool, a 21x52 round Willow pool on June 21, 2012 order # 000120621120020608700200 Namco 700 Boston Rd Billerica MA 01821 978-663-8848. I had it installed by a Namco suggested installer. The pool is still under my 2 year warranty.
Multiple rips in the bottom of the liner formed over the winter letting water out of the pool. The cover then collapsed causing buckling and creasing to form in the sides of the pool. Namco claims that they are not responsible for "winter damage". I do not think I am wrong that the product should with stand normal weather conditions. I took precautions by pumping the pool cover off and removing snow with a roof rake.
They now say I must go directly to the manufacturer of the pool. If I buy a blender from a department store and it is defective I bring it back to the location for a refund or replacement. [continued below]....
Namco is not consumer friendly and does not back the product they sell. Once out the door they are done with you. I will not be purchasing replacement parts or pool necessities from them in the future
