         On 11/17/2015 9:24:08 AM, i put an order for a domain name, and WhoisGuard extra service. The transaction went through and everything was fine. I had to be away from my laptop for 2 days due to family sickness. Then i receive a call from my partner saying that the domain name we purchased is offered in the market, meaning that i dont own what i paid for.

 

         So i immediately logged into the email, and saw emails from namecheap saying that they deactivated my account, due to security reason. The reason is that i did not confirm the purchase. How is that, i made a purchase, i paid for it and i forward the info to my IT department. To start working on it. I have a personal family situation that got me away from my computer, does that mean Namecheap.com can just **** Up my business, and delay my projects??? Is that professional???

 

        Then i tried to contact their customer care because it is very Urgent and i need to meet dead lines. 

1. There is no phone number to talk to a real person. Please keep in mind it is very Urgent.

2. The only option is getting in contact with customer service through LIVE CHAT.

        a. Their live chat people, know nothing. They alsways start their sentences with a Cliche word, ( Sir, I    Understand...But..) I will tell you "BUT WHAT" you guys are worthless you can't even help.

        b. They waste your time asking questions and you answering them, till they hit with, You have to submit a ticket.

        c. At this point you feel like you are hitting a huge wall. So you do submit a ticket, you market as URGENT, but who cares. They just want to show you that they care but in reality they dont. Let me tell you why:

                         Remember this is an Urgent situation, more than 12 hours, to reply to an Urgent matter.

            iii. I replied back @-------21 November 2015 12:56 AM

 

Now it is 3:36 a.m and they didnt even bother to get back to me.

 

Now i am wondering, if i have an e-commerce business online, and i am dealing with a Respectful, Professional company with an amazing customer service, who cares about their clients and their business, would it take them that much time to resolve an issue????

 

Finally i have to say, i should have listened to my partner when he told me not to deal with NameCheap.com, i didnt try their service yet, but i experienced their poor customer service.

Please i am judging this company on its poor customer service and client support. I have no idea if their products are poor like their customer service or not. But if you care about what treatment you get from the company you plan to work with dont even consider namecheap.com.
