EDITOR’S COMMENT: 

Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses.  Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way!  Unfortunately this Report was posted and, upon additional information, appears to have been primarily for the purpose of bullying or harassment.  In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information.  In other instances, enough information is provided to Ripoff Report to warrant redactions without reaching out to the author.  Ripoff Report is working to combat tactics that are perceived to be cyberharassment, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and/or what is generally considered a “revenge post” as we do not condone such behavior. 

The Report was brought to our attention and, upon review of compiled information (which will be done on a case by case basis without any obligation as resources allow), and at Ripoff Report’s sole discretion, information that did not conform to current policies and/or the identifying information relating to the individual(s) and/or business(es) named in this “Report” and any subsequent comments thereto have been editorially redacted as indicated by the following “(((REDACTED)))” or (((REDACTED DUE TO PERCEIVED HARASSMENT / REVENGE POST)))”.

In this particular instance Ripoff Report received a very lengthy Order Striking the Defendant’s Defenses to Defamation for Fraud Upon the Court and Awarded Attorney’s Fees and Costs as a Sanction for the Defendant’s conduct.  According to the Court Order concluded “pursuant to the clear and convincing evidence presented by the Plaintiff…that Defendant…did, in fact, author the subject internet posts against [Plaintiff] and that [Defendant] paid [other Defendants] substantial sums of money, in “cash,” to assist [Defendant] in posting [Defendant’s] derogatory statements against [Plaintiff] on the internet.  This is NOT the intended use of the Ripoff Report website.

CONSUMERS:  Be kind.  Keep it honest.  Keep it fair.  Stick to the facts.  Do your research.  Keep the dirty laundry in the laundry hamper…not on Ripoff Report.

Here's an interesting fact. (((REDACTED))) was the last person to ever make partner at (((REDACTED))) and that was over 10 years ago! There's no sharing the wealth with (((REDACTED))). With him, it's all about taking all the wealth. Many have attempted to penetrate the upper rungs of the partnership but (((REDACTED))) has successfully managed to keep everyone down. Plenty of people have worked hard and attempted to join the group.

They put in a lot of time and hard work thinking they're going to be able to have what (((REDACTED))) has, a multi-million dollar mansion on the Las Olas Isles, a multi-million dollar luxury yacht right in the back yard, several multi-million dollar investment companies, stock portfolios, IRAs, 401Ks, and the list of assets goes on and on and on! It's a beautiful dream but not realistic unless you're (((REDACTED))). Since he made partner at (((REDACTED))), he's made sure no one else will ever be able to have a piece of his pie!

If you're looking for an opportunity to build up a practice of your own, (((REDACTED))) and the (((REDACTED))) is not the place look. Not going to happen. You don't stand a chance because it's (((REDACTED))) gig all the way to the bank. Armed with an iron clad N.C.N.D. (((REDACTED))) and (((REDACTED))) make sure you wont even have a fighting chance to get back to zero for at least two years!
