I SENT OFF FOR A BOOK TO HELP ME WITH TRAING OF MY DOG. IT SOUNDED LIKE JUST WHAT I NEEDED, BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED BOOKS NOR HEARD FROM THEM AND TOOK OUT MORE THAN WAS SUSPOSE TO. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO, I AM AFRAID THEY WILL CONTINUE TAKING MONEYOUT OF MY ACCOUNT. WHAT DO I DO
