I'm a graduate student, and I bought a 2003 Audi A4 from Napleton in April. Since April, I have spent nearly half of the car's original selling price in needed repairs.

First, the accessory belt snapped within 3 days of my purchase of the vehicle. After a good deal of harassment, the dealership agreed to pay for half of the repairs to the accessory belt ONLY if I had the work done at the dealership (allowing them to upcharge and recoup their expenses). 

Second, I was stranded with a flat tire almost immediately after I got the car back from getting the accessory belt fixed; it turns out the car was sold with tires that were literally disintegrating. Okay, I thought, I'll get that fixed myself. 

Third, the torque converter failed within a month of buying the car. Napleton sells their cars with a "Lifetime Warranty," but the warranty doesn't kick in until 120 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. Needless to say, their warranty company refused to cover the cost of the torque converter. Since the car had had so many problems immediately after purchase, I pestered Napleton to help with the repair cost. They hemmed and hawed with my car in the shop for a week and a half, then charged me double what local repair shops would in order to fix the transmission. 

In short: Don't waste your time with Napleton. I've since learned that the entire autogroup carries a reputation for being schmucks, and my experience was no different. They care little about the quality of the cars they sell, since they will refuse to honor their end of the bargain once things break down. Their warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on, and they won't do anything to hurt their profit margin, even if it means screwing over customers. STAY AWAY!!!

That's not ALL they did to you.  Check your paperwork and find the BOGUS, ADD-ON, PHONEY FEE they hit you with...$600-$1000!  Napleton is PURE SCUM.  Old Man Napleton is nothing more than a loser spending most of his time drunk and paying lawyers to get him off of drunk driving charges.
