Nothing in this person's original report is true. This is a career criminal who was just arrested again on a felony charge just last year and was again placed in jail. Joanna Russell of Arizona was part of a chargeback scam using an alias, just as she recently stole someone's identity to charge furniture and resell it.

I am a vendor who worked in the evening event. When this group of people began to steal Nasarus Productions items and leave the back door with alcohol, it was me who actually called the police. It was Susan that spoke with the Chicago Police and told them she will handle it and didn't want anyone to go to jail.

This group wanted full event production and planning services, Nasarus to foot the bill for extra flowers, food, wait staff, etc.... while paying only set up rates, which they charged back. Has anyone heard of a criminal ordering $3,400 in food? Does anyone think they'll pay for it? On her part, Susan did a soft background check on the cardholder and it came back clear. The problem is this guy (the parties were for his wife) didn't say a word about Joanna using an alias to bypass the security check. Even the best of us have lessons to learn and Susan is among the best. 

 I am the Graphic Artist, who worked on this event. Susan Hailey paid me directly, as the group of people who put together this event scam, charged back the entire event. The group wanted an expensive free party weekend. The person who started this claim on this site, is Joanna Russell of Arizona. Joanna used an alias when contacting Nasarus and if you Google search Joanna Russell of Arizona, you'll find she is a career criminal. Joanna Russell also used someone elses identity for another scam which got her featured on ABC news after her arrest last year. When I saw this report, I needed to respond because nothing of it is true, just an angry career criminal who was caught. The only reason you did not see Joanna and her group on TV again, is that Susan Hailey decided not to have them arrested. This group of party-goers charged back their entire event - a chargeback scam, its nothing more. Nasarus, like any business deals with people who want free stuff and Susan Hailey - the tride and true Chicagoan she is - bucked horns with the criminals, so they turned to this site for "report revenge." Nasarus paid 12,000.00 for this event and my work were some of the items this group stole and ran out a back door - fleeing. There are unwell people like these scammers who really need profesional help, unfortunately, criminals don't have boundries off decency.

A few of Nasarus Productions vendors, received contact from Joanna Rachel Paige Russell, she is the alleged theif and fraudster, trying to ruin the company's reputation out of retaliation.

 We need to understand the mind-set of the individual that would write such a hate-filled report. When you live a life of excellence, going the extra mile is part of accomplishing great things. I will never measure up to Susan Hailey's success, energy and enthusiasm. The number of people she has inspired and helped is in the thousands. This person writing this filthy report is the opposite of Susan and attacking her and her company for a reason. One translation could be these people wanted a taste of the good life and reality set in. Nasarus Productions plans million dollar events and donates heavily to a dozen different charities. I doubt these people ever had the funds for their event and demanded free things, not imagining their bent plans would backfire. Certainly constructive criticism can be helpful, insightful and illuminate an area that needs improvement. But this isn't what this is about. Sad to say, this is intended to sting and hurt not only a great woman but a successful company. Such criticism is a reflection more of the critic than the person being criticized. This is about jealousy. The more successful people are, the more criticism they encounter. I can celebrate Susan Hailey's victories and great company, Nasarus Productions, I know her, trust her and admire her.

 Our dealings with Nasarus Productions have been nothing short of stellar. We were a vendor on this project and I can assure everyone reading this ridiculous claim, it is 100% false. As a vendor, we run into people who attempt to use our products and not pay. My 15 years in business, I've seen a lot. I and my staff were at this event and witnessed the truth. This was a scam against Nasarus Productions, when stopped, the ring leader attacked the company, owner and employees. The woman or ringleader was Joanna Paige, her one name, also known as Raquel Dyson (even I was fooled ) the fraudster & con artist. She made all the addition charges and add ons, Keisha Washington forged a card holders signature. The co conspirator is David Forbes of ADP. Once the event was over, David Forbes did his part and charged back the event. I do not know how much in total was charged back, but it is over $6,000.00. These are very bad people. The ringleader also threatened the owner and her employees. Don't believe a word of this con artist, they stole and put on a con job to get free events. After reading this, I am giving my own private far warning to ADP President and stockholders to let them know their employee is working with a con. Glad Nasarus fired them, I wouldn't have provided the food for the second event, but it wasn't my call. As a fired client, Saturday would have been the end. Nothing in the fraudsters claim is true, anyone that knows a thing about event planning can tell from her fractured story telling. They wanted free stuff; what goes around comes around.

Nasarus had fired a client labor day weekend after Nasarus property and opened alcohol was removed from a Saturday event.

As an act of good faith, staff was sent to a Sunday event to make sure the caterer and baker delivered and those vendors were permitted to carry out their duties by Nasarus.

What would later be discovered is a credit card scam in which one of the event organizers,  uses several different names. The event costs were charged back and Nasarus was left with $12,508.00 unpaid by this goup of people.

The person writing the complaint is one of the alleged fraudsters and has a criminal record. This person Racquel Dyson/ aka Joanna Paige incurred thousands of dollars in charges without paying.

Event planners had to flee the Sunday event ( which again, these clients were already fired) due to agressive, hostile and barbaric bevahior.

Furthermore, staff at Nasarus has been threatened, stalked consistantly by Joanna Paige/ aka Racquel Dyson.

Instead of returneing Nasarus property, apologizing for running out a door with opened alcohol and property, this individual has chosen to make very false and unstable claims, which she has an extensive history.

Total loss due to Joanna Paige/ aka Racquel Dyson: $12, 508.00.

 This client was justifyably fired.
