Nashville fireplace made several failed attempts to show when scheduled to install a flu pipe at my home. Then when they did finally show they never had the proper materials to finish the job. When they finally did install the pipe which should of taken an hour to do. They installed it improperly so the flu pipe collasped on the first windy day causeing damage to my roof that cost me over $1000. Nashville Fireplace assumed no responsibilty for their actions what so ever.
Five months after the job they sent me an invoice stating that I had a past due balance. The invoice was more than double the amount they qouted for the job. When I called the owner of Nashville Fireplace Ken was rude and unwilling to answer any of my questions concerning the bill.
Later I found out that his sales rep had orded a stove for me that I never ordered or received. The resaon they are over billing me is to try and pay for the stove that they made the mistake of ordering. Nashville Fireplace is a terrible company to do business with. The owner Ken is the worst business owners I have ever seen. If you want to do business with an honest company with honest people then stay away from Nashville Fireplace in Franklin TN
