nation wide prescription help this company charge $90.00 in my cheking account and I only autorized $10.00 a I call them back and they said they will refund my money back abouth 1 month ago and they said they already send it and m , Internet

they offer in the internet a free medicines and i fill up a format what kind of medicine i take and i put in he list my medications and they said they going to charge $ 10.00 for each medicine and  i select only one and they chargeme for 9 mecines and i call back and they said they will refund my money in 10 business day and its already 25 days. i call back and they said it was isue my refund the 21 of august and is already the 10 0f september and they said maybe the refund was lost in the mail and they wikk send another chek and it will take another 20 to 25 business day .and i think is is a scamm and this people are abussing the people that we need help with our prescriptions . im desable and they took my rent money is unhuman what this people do take advance of the sick citizens .please help me to solve this matter
