I received a letter today from the National Awards Commission based out of Kansas City Missouri. It claimed that I could be the winner of $1,000,000.00. All I had to do was send the enclosed form back to them with my signiture, and select how I would like to receive my prize winnings. Either a 1 lump-sum of $555,000.00 or 30 Annual Payments of $33,334.00. They also offered a promotional gift for $11.89
