National Credit Adjusters Claimed I owed a debt to Cashland for 327.00 and I never took the loan out at all Hutchinson, Kansas

On July 6, 2011 I received a call from National Credit Adjusters stating that I owed a debt for Cashland.  I never took this loan out because 1) I don't need the loan 2) I would never apply for a payday loan from these legalized loan sharks.  3) If I needed a loan for something I would go to a reputable place such as my bank.  The guy on the phone I spoke to was rude, condescending, and downright nasty to me.  He stated that he has proof that the debt was valid because the check was cashed by me.  This is a lie because there no check cashed by me or deposited on my bank statement. Then he claims that a notice was mailed to my house.  That's another lie because I never received any letter.  I also went as far as checking my credit bureau and there wasn't anything on there as far as negative information.  Someone needs to come down hard on these people and shut them down.
