On 10/15/15... my car was backed into at a red light by a school bus. Elizabeth (ext1525) is handling the claim. I've called daily since and been told I have to wait for them to speak to their insured. They haven't given me a rental car... or even attempted to settle this! Their insured A-1 van service inc (verona,pa) has also done nothing! I'm at my end!! They keep instructing me to go thru my insurance company but NO! this was not my fault
