In July of 2009, I ordered a group of three magazines from these people.  While their paperwork clearly states it may take 60 to 120 days to begin receiving magazines, as of December 28, 2009, I still have no magazines.  I have made NUMEROUS phone calls to customer service (most of which went straight to voice mail and remain unanswered)  but no one seems to be willing to take ownership of the situation and resolve this matter.  Crystal Harris was the young lady who placed my order on July 23, 2009, but now can not be reached.  I have subsequently spoken with Kelly, Tonia, Shirley and Debbie Turner.  Ms. Turner said she would gladly send me the magazines but, of course, would need to send substitutions as my original choices were no longer available.  This company's customer service department has been shameless in their disregard of my numerous requests for a return call.  And it appears that the main phone number for National Publishers, Inc. has been disconnected.  Hmmmm ... wonder why.

On behalf of my employer, I want to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you but I can fully explain why you weren't able to contact anyone and why your magazines hadn't arrived. The person who used to handle billing and fulfillments became ill and new people were hired to replace here. Since then, someone mistakenly went into the system and changed the contact number for NPI on the mailings we send out. We are in the process of fulfilling past orders that may have been skipped due to the replacements and training schedules. If you have any further issues, the CS number that you have is now correct. Feel free to give us a call if you need further assistance with your account.
