We are not nor have we ever been a scam. Just like any small business, there may be lags in service. There may be employees who do not or cannot do their jobs to full capacity. The person that handled billing and magazine fulfillments became very ill and we are finally at the point where we can go in and get everyone processed that has paid. This includes magazines, watches, and vacation vouchers. Yes we do send out confirmation letters but we don't use them to solicit new business. I see that your report was recently done. If you have any questions about your account, give our CS dept a call and we can give you further details on when your account will be fully processed.
