I received a call from the fraud department telling me my card had been used without my permission. I therefore logged on to check my account and saw a charge that I did not recognize. I called the number and reached national union fire insurance co of Pittsburgh. I found out I had enrolled for Medical coverage in case of a car accident. Ive been telling
these constant telephone pests that Im not interested as I have insurance and live on a fixed income and cannot afford it. It seems someone had to increase their sells report and signed me on anyway. I called and told them I never
wanted their service and asked for the charges to be returned. The operator could not explain how it was that I was signed on and did not have the ability to offer a refund. She said someone will get in touch with me within the next 30
