Be aware people, there is a man in Florida trying to steal your money, Hale Camerman AKA Chris Randall. He is the owner of a company called Nationwide Auto Guard, and he wants your money. He uses the name Auto Guard over the phone so you guys after being called 10-100 times can't complain about him because you don't know the correct name, well here it is NATIONWIDE AUTO GUARD. Employees are terminated immediately when they gave the correct name over the phone. He refuses to provide potential clients of a copy of the contract before they purchase it which is a direct violation of the State of Floridas Statute 634.282. He abuses his employees on a daily basis verbally, mentally, and in one case we knew of physically, and he is proud of his behavior. He also doesnt pay his employees as his ultimate goal is to rip you off and line his pockets. I hope this helps as it is not fair when a business intends to commit fraud intentionally.

My name is Lisa and this recent post was about me and taken way out of context. I was upset one day when I did the wrong thing and got in trouble at work  and vented to my girlfriend. She overreacted and went too far with the post she made. I want to make a response to the statement since it was way over exaggerated, the owner never looked at his crotch and he doesn’t run a mental sweatshop. I am still employed by this company  and enjoy working here. It’s a lesson learned , and I do apologize to the owner Hale, and the employees of Auto Guard for this.  Auto Guard has bent over backwards for me letting me take off for school and being very lenient with me and I do apologize again.

This is Alison I am responsible for making the original post. I am deeply embarrassed and sorry for posting out of anger, I wasn’t there and only reacted to Lisa’s venting.  I did try to contact RipOff Report to remove this post, but they said they never remove posts, it is a company policy.  I didn’t realize when I posted that it was permanent.  I would like to add to my post and say that I was wrong for doing this and making things up like I did.  My girlfriend did get in trouble for something at work and got written up. I went way too far with this post and I am deeply sorry to the owner and employees at Auto Guard.

My girlfriend is employeed here and calls me constantly having mental breakdowns. She tells me that he lowers her self esteem and embarrasses her even when she is doing what he has told her to do. Today she called me in tears saying that she is ready to quit but she really needs this job. Today she listened to her floor supervisor and Hale commented "who signs your check?" And he glanced at his crotch and smirked. This is the most disrespectful environment to work in and his inappropriate comments are said almost always towards his employees. Someone needs to do something about this guy seriously. He's running a mental sweatshop. Nobody deserves to be treated the way he treats his workers.

I have witnessed first hand the racism that has gone on during hiring. I have heard him clearly say "If her name is shaniqua or latisha I dont not want to waste my time with her."  The interview list topped over 200 people and not ONE was hired and if they were they either walked out or were fired. The posting on Craigslist got so out of hand that people started reporting him saying he posts too often but does not hire and has been called out by numerous people about it. If any of the women brought in were semi good looking or even good looking they were not hired because of Natasha, no matter how impressive their resumes were. The only way women are hired that are good looking is if Natasha was not there for the day.

Karma is a dirty thing and it was going to come back around sooner or later and now you have abused the wrong people and it's coming back to bite you in the butt hard. Speaking up for ourselves and for the customers is not illegal, is all TRUE the only reason why he is scrambling is because he KNOWS he is wrong and he figured if he intimidated us enough he wouldnt have anything to worry about. Unfortunatley many of us are not intimidated by him or his ways.

Clearly whoever just wrote the previous section is either Hale himself, or Patricia Sorren being paid to lie or even the attorney that he so called has representing him that sent out cease and desist letters. For one  we have a freedom of speech, no one is calling Nationwide Autoguard so we have every right to post on this site about the scam artist we once worked for. They are not lies i'm glad that people are also finally coming out to tell the truth and I have found other ex employee's that are willing to testify against this man. There was only two black people that worked there and none of the one's interviewed was ever hired. Oh wait he hired Josh's black friend for about a hour then fired him, said he did not sound right..how can you only give someone a hour and who had not been even trained he is a racist and even Josh said that was not right. Any ex employee that worked there even, the current ones knows what actually goes on in that office and its a scam ..Another Us Fidelis

The use of the word employee seemed inappropriate to me. I was hired as a 1099 independent contractor. I utilized his facility and tools to make MYSELF money at my own pace . My paycheck was up to me. I don't recall working for free. I do however recall several "African Americans" being interviewed, hired, and trained. They hired all types of people there, I witnessed no discrimination. Everyone was given a fair shot, if someone didn't interview well or was not hired for whatever reason it had nothing to do with looks, race, gender, or age. Sales jobs are not for everyone. Actual CUSTOMERS were ALWAYS provided complete and accurate information. As for the "bad work environment" bosses are jerks no matter where you work. Constant bad mouthing of your boss, your job, and fellow employees is extremely unprofessional and essentially is a horrible attitude to have especially if you are supposedly trying to SELL something. Wasn't a bad place to work at all. Just got way too dramatic in the end with all the disgruntled employees making me feel like the building was going to be burnt down midshift or that my car was going to get rammed or something.

The above complaints are nothing but facts. Hale Camerman AKA Chris Randall, is nothing but a fraud and a scam artist. He abuses his employees/contractors verbally, and mentally. He cannot hold employees unless they are his long time friends, which is amazing in itself that he has those, or his girlfriend/ex-girlfriend depending on which day of the week it is. He has two businesses one is Nationwide Auto Guard which sells elderly customers auto warranties, when they don't even drive their cars, by manipulation. His representatives are told not to say warranty or anything of the sort. His "call center" is told to customers to be in the state of Washington, when clearly it is off of Oakland Park Blvd near I-95, by the Wendy's. He has on multiple occasions told his upper management workers how he has brought Natasha Alverez to his office after hours and has had sex with her in his office or in other areas of the building, while they were fighting, as he did not want her at his home.

He constantly degrades his employees, calls them stupid, incompetent, and useless. His administrative staff/customer service were 1099's however they had a desk and were told a set schedule to be at work, which based on information provided by an attorney in the state of Florida is not permitted, recently however he has since made them w-2 employees. His second business Auto Guard Transport, is nothing but a sham, he has his sales reps guaranteeing times for pick up and delivery and anyone who has EVER worked in any transport business unless it is a local transport that cannot be guaranteed. His white board in his customer service room is filed with people that he has to refund due to the lies that were told during the sale, or because they had POA's or attorney's. In fact there was one customer who on the verification call, and sales call who could not remember anything that was said the the previous 5 minutes, but yet the sale was still made, and of course he was forced to give back the money because the customers POA called in. He tells family members that they can not be spoke to unless they receive a POA form, or have the customer on the phone, he does not refund money willingly and if his sales goal is not met than the sales reps are forced to stay, one night they were there until Midnight.

Please don't let this fraud, and racist man continue to degrade and abuse his employees and customers any longer. I will also be filing a complaint with the FCC for a hostile work environment as comments in regards to the size of his female workers breast sizes are also made constantly.

Hi,

My name was put into this report so now i will also tell the truth.. (Daneshia aka Denise) Mr. Aidone is not doing anything but telling the truth and If I get even the current  employee's at Nationwide Autoguard to testify against this scam artist he will never slander my name again. Any customer that I have ever placed in a policy can tell you i've never lied to get them into a policy. Your current Manager Peter is the liar and prey's on old people with memory problems to get the sale and forces them to pay the policy in full telling them they only have to pay back $25 a month for paying it off in full. And you have some customer's that have gotten in verification and hear the actual price and backs out so the manager takes the call off the verification(where the call is monitored ) and lies and tell them just agree with everything . Ask Hale how many customer's he has had to  refund b/c they had poa's. The low life owner only has a A rated business with the BBB b/c he refunded those customer's money which resolved the issues, and he is not an accredited business with the BBB. He  does not deal with renewal customer's of his own he buys leads from other sources and we were to tell the customer they had a policy with us when they did not. We called customer's sometimes five times in one day and we never gave out Nationwide Autoguard's real name until we ran the credit card and the payment through. He changed the number atleast 6 times since I was employed there as a contractor so that after we called the people so many times a fresh number would get them to answer the phone.  He verbally abuses his employee's many have quit due to this he forces them to stay pass the work hours if sales were not made and we all worked as 1099 contractor's . They have sold elderly customer's more than once who had already purchased policies prior but maybe forgot due to illnesses and did not remember they purchased before. I wrote a complaint on transport review's because I resigned from the job April 30 th 2012.. and was not paid for my work here is what I put on that website:I am a former employee that would have been employed with the company a year in May of this year until I resigned April 30th 2012. I was a good worker, and a very kind, easy to get along with person. I resigned after a conflict was brought to my attention stating I was being fired through my co workers, (as per Hale aka Chris Randall the owner) After speaking with him I found out it was not true somewhat. However I still decided to leave the company due to The negative office environment, he constantly yelled, cursed , and treated all the employee's like we were animals, if sales for the office was not where he wanted.(Money hungry man) But I just looked past it to do my work and go home. Long story short I have brought in so much money to the company with my sales, I even converted to working ten hours a day when I quit my first job (which I regret doing) long story short He has ran away alot of employee's that just got fed up with his verbal abuse, forcing you to work after your shift if sales were not made, he doesn't even pay his Manager a salary (as per the manager who often told us this) and he had to make three sales him self just to get a $300 paycheck himself. I have witnessed a check paid out to the Manager for $42. Long story short again I went to pick up my final check which was $150(this was not what my check should have been) and had three sales that I made for auto guard transport which as I knew he was gonna pull a fast one he lied and said two of them had cancelled which I found out on central dispatch they have been picked up, I had a total of four cancels when I got there as per him. I told him I would check and find out and I was glad I did because he LIED so I have been trying for a week and few days to collect my $100 for those deals and I have not heard a response yet. I know its only a $100 but its the point..I worked hard for this office and those deals and for Hale (Chris Randall) to lie and steal my money that is low down, and it was nights where we forced to bring in $10,000 a night and could not leave until we did it. The id #'s for the deal's 7429-kd and 7569-ds. I am filing a complaint with the bbb and seeking some type of legal action because I know this is done to every employee that leaves, but I will be the first to STAND UP AND SPEAK THE TRUTH AND NOT LET HIM CONTINUE TO DO THIS TO PEOPLE. I have kids, bills, that money was taken out of my family's pocket and wrong is wrong. So please stay away from this shady company. Justice will be served and he deleted the report. There policy's never cover any repairs when you actually try to make a claim, we are forced to highlight only what's covered and they don't receive a actual policy until they have paid for it. We can't email them any info give out any real phone number's or even state we are in the STATE of Florida or give a address if you do or even attempt you will be fired. I will not let this prejudice man ( I was told by other employee's ) they were shocked that I had been hired because I was black.  I was hired by Peter the manager b/c I had previous warranty experience and I came in and made so much money for the company that's why I was still there.. They later hired another Mixed African-American b/c his best friend got him in the door. But any other African American that came for an interview was NEVER hired or even called to be considered. He constantly made black jokes towards the other mixed rep because he wore a hoodie calling him Trayvon Martin and made bad coments against President Obama. I'm willing to prove the truth I will even take a lie detector test to bring the truth out. JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED he will never do this to another person again.

As the owner of Nationwide Auto Guard, this report seems to be missing a few facts.  For starters after 5 years in business we maintain an A Rating with the Better Business Bureau.   Hardly something that could be achieved with the lies mentioned in the report.  We have a legitimiate D.B.A. (Doing Business As) Auto Guard which is part of both of our corporate names and applies to each as one.  It is a shorter name, easier to pronounce and registered with the state of Florida so we certainly aren't 'hiding' under this name which is linked to our corporation thru the state.  Furthermore we do contact customers who have had service previously or requested quotes for coverage, sometimes the sales people may call a customer more than once if they feel they are interested, hardly 10 to 100 times, more like 3 to 5.   Secondly this month two salespeople were caught being deceitful to customers and asked to leave or left on their own once they heard we knew what they were doing.

The one who is the worst offender of the two is Anthony Aidone of Tamarac, Florida (the person responsible for writing this report against my company that I am now responding to) who attempted to sell an elderly woman who could not see her credit card numbers which he badgered on the phone for almost an hour before one of the managers advised him to stop and we would not accept a sale of this nature.  Anthony Aidone then became beligerant, rude and nasty as well as argumentative which was a weekly occurence with this individual who no longer works here for obvious reasons and is now pursuing a personal vendetta out of jealousy, insecurity and his own personal, inner rage against the company.

The second individual is Daneshia Augustin of Miami, Florida, recently we uncovered several sales that Daneshia Augustin (AKA Denise) had lied to the customer with regards to the level of coverage they were purchasing.  I personally had to place her customers into better policies that covered what was promised, rather than the lesser expensive polices Daneshia Augustin placed them in.  This was done at the company's expense to satisfy the customer.  This as well as sales that had to be cancelled and refunded because they were upset about being lied to by the representative.  This individual left on her own after finding out she was going to be let go due to her lies about coverage as well as under quoting several customer thru our Auto Transport Division.  She attempted to make a complaint about our company on a Transport Review Board, her lies were deleted from that site qucikly by me.

With regards to Ripoff Report, consumers should know that these two individuals are guilty of what they stated in the online complaint.  Now that these two no longer work here as of this month, they have banned to gether in an effort to blackmail the business, harrass individuals who are a productive part of the business and/or extort unearned commissions from their lies to customer by threatening lawyers and online slander such as this.  Both Nationwide Auto Guard and Auto Guard Transport will NOT be slandered by two menacing individuals whose lies and deceipts were quickly uncovered and immdiate action taken to protect our customers as well as the integrity of our business.  We will not be extorted or blackmailed and we know that our A Rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself.

 Both of these individuals no longer representative either of my two businesses.  In an effort to maintain our integrity with regards to our customers, we have a zero tolerance rule towards lies and misrepresentations.  All representatives sign and agree to this with a photo copy of their drivers license.  If we catch them, we will do everything in our power to protect our customers, as we did with these two individuals.
