We contracted Nationwide Home Warranty in August of 2007 to protect our major systems like heating and air conditioning. Our heater failed in January and they sent someone out. They were not able to get our heater working.

According to the contract, they are to replace if they cannot repair. We never heard a word from them. After multiple calls, they told us that our replacement claim was denied due to improper maintenance. How they determined improper maintenance is a mystery - they never asked about the maintenance.

After sending them the maintenance records, we again heard nothing from them. Repeated calls were ignored and we were lied to by almost everyone in the organization. These guys are just plain thieves and should be put out of business.
