My daughter, who is a Physician's Assistant, was hired by Nationwide Locum Tenens to perform per diem work at an Urgent Care Center in San Diego. They never finished paying her for the work she performed and at one time they owed her over $20,000. Since nationwide Locum Tenens was paid by the urgent care center and received a premium plus a finder's fee, we know they had the money to pay my daughter, but instead chose not to. They are very difficult to contact and lied repeatedly to us. I am posting this as a warning to any other healthcare provider who is considering working for Nationwide Locum Tenens.

I understand that you have come complaints with NWLT. This website (NWLT) as well as others are owned by Marc Bercoon and William Goldstein. They are now in prison for 10 years as of Feb 2018. However their empire is still going. Eugenie Davis, through counsel, has admitted that for many years William Goldstein has represented her company and she claims all rights of Goldstein, which I assume includes his fraud problems with NWLT agency as well. The Satellite Blvd office is probably closed and a sham anyway. Direct all subpoenas and complaints to her home address directly. She is his girlfriend and the front for all of his companies now.
