PLEASE,take my advise and dont sign a pool contract with this company i worked there for nine months and it was the worst place i ever worked!if you sign with them you deserve everything you get.first they will be all happy and go lucky with you but as soon as you sign this is whats going to happen,you will never here from your sales person again,what they tell you is in the contract will not be there,they will take a large downpayment so that when you cancel they will keep it,in the middle of consruction you will need somethig that is not in the contract and they will make you pay for it,before the pool is done they make you pay for all of the pool...

keep in mind that when you make that last paymeyment all of these items still have to be done,,,,,your final inspection,yard clean up,pool school,final deck paint,auto claener not installed your salt unit not installed.people please do you get the picture!they advertise all inhouse subs they are not,they advertise in house permmitting they dont have either.there subs are lucky to get there checks when they are do.please hire a pool consultant to go over all your paperwork before you sign and hire that person to over see the job because they will cut corners to rip you off.the genaral manager of the tampa office will rip you blind, james staten will con a con please beware! if anyone needs expert testomony against them please contact me i will be happy to help.i have been in the pool industry for 25 years and i am sick and tired of rotten pool companys! i am fed up!

Clearly there is inappropriate activities being conducted on a regular basis and if you were an Ex-Employee you could help so many of us that have become a victim to his deceptive and fraudulent behavior.  Would you mind posting your contact information so we can get in touch with you as I believe your testimony could be extremely valuable.  If you are uncomfortable with that, another member offered her email of (((redacted))).  I have been discussing my case with this member and that member could pass on to me your contact information.  Thanks.

This is the biggest liar i have ever dealt with!  Nationwide Pools and Keith Stuaret are scam artist  I cant even begin to tell my story.  Juan if this is you from the Tampa office you are the only decent  person I dealt with at Natopnwide. ( I tried to contact you and was told  you are no longer there)     KEITH STUART should be brought up on charges!   This is just ONE example of my nightmare with nationwide  Pools and Keith Stuare.  After getting a new pool (which was a total nightmare from day one and continues)  The pool had to be drained a couple of months after completion because the diamond brite was discolored.  The pool was drained and no one came to repair it so I was told to fill the pool back up because we live on the water, which we did.  Then they came and drained it again to redo the diamond brite. They chipped my 2 Dolphins which cost me $375.00, they told me i would be refunded the monies for the water bill, the damaged tile, the 2 dolphins,  the water bill (we had to fill the pool 2 times) which was extremly high. brand new sod we  put down after the pool was completed!   ect..   Well quess what i was never paid!  When I called Keith Stuart to see why I have not received the monies owed to us, he advised me he never go the letter!  Bull%#%%#  Keith you did get the letter because i sent it out certified return receipt mail!   He then called me a drug user!   That was the last straw with this con artist.   several issues we had to endrue with Keith Stuare and Nationwide pools!
