ND-CENTER.COMruns a very slick website in order toRIP OFF and SCAMinnocent people worldwide. They also own a scam fake diploma review website called DIPLOMAONE.COM where they list themselves as wonderful and all other sites as crap (what a F'n joke!) Apparently they have rippped off thousands of people worldwide over the years and should be listed on INTERPOL !!!!!
