Neil calls you from the phone book and asks for work, begs for work. He is rentlentless in obtaining a meeting with you until you cave from the pressure exerted - you meet with him - he asks for any job, he just needs the money he says. Then, you provide him with work, from there, ANY person he comes in contact with while doing a project for you, he talks to, he gets work out of them, he befriends them. He then speaks up and causes untold economic damage to many parties in a Real Estate transaction. He then texts me stating he is going to sue for unlawful termination. He was never hired in the first place, he just contracted verbally to do a job and he was paid for it. Neil threatens and threatens and yells at people to get his way, he manipulates. Becareful, check him out, if you have him calling you, I feel sorry for you. He will try to shut your company down. He needs to be stopped somehow. He has nothing better to do.
