Nero INC asknet Inc. No Refund on Nero12 Software San Francisco California

I purchased a copy of Nero12 software on 8/9/13 to copy a PAL encoded DVD to NTSC. The software did not perform as expected and I was not able to copy the DVD to the new format. I uninstalled the software and contacted Nero support on multiple occasions asking for a refund of 65.69 USD and was told No Refunds on their software products.
