net 10 wireless AKA tracfone CHARGED EXTRA ON MY CREDIT CARD THEN TOLD ME THAT THIS WAS A TECHNICAL ISSUE Miami, Florida

I ALWAYS ordered 750 mins whenever my pre paid minutes is low, but i always  order online. Today however i desided to call and customer service so they can re-fill my phone for me, what happen to me today was fradalous, the guy on the phone speaks no english and understand no english, he took my crdit card and run 2 months of service on my care when i only ask for one,

when i told him what he has done he told me to hold on for 10 min that he is connecting me to another department that will refund my money because he is having technical diffeculites, he then put me on hol and hang up. i called bank to ask to speak to a supervisor and this lady said she is the manager her nam is SHAMRACK,

SHE came on the phone and tells me that the company do not do refund for somthing i have already ordered, she was also rude.  do not use NET10  everyone works from anothr country and is insentive to the customers needs. i reported this to my bank as FRAUD!! is there any one out there who is intrested in filing a class action sued against this company and how about lawyers to represent us.
