Fri Nov 23, 2012 12:54 am: I have never been so disapointed in my life. its been three days and i still cannot even use my phone i just bought about a month ago. all i wanted to do was reactivate it and put my 45.00 card on. its been such a hassle. ive talked to 7 reps and wasted hours and hours and have gotten no where at all!!!!!
had i known this i would have never.... ever ... ever got involved. what is the problem here?????

I bought my phone on the 4 of november 1012. on november 22 my phone was deactivated. i was told i had to buy more air time to get it reactivated so i went out and bought a forty five dollar phone card and now they are telling me they cannot find my phone or my card. honestly i believe they have insiders who are ripping us off and giving our informaiton and phone numbers to another group of people.
ALL of these people they are ripping off and who are left with no phone and no paid for mins,they cant tell me that our information is JUST LOST! THATS SOME BULL.
Someone should seriously be punished for this!!!
