for the second time now net10 has saw fit to interrupt my service plan. First time I could understand, I had tried to order a monthly plan online that had never went threw, then 6 weeks later, bam, my unlimited plan was removed and the forgotten 1500 plan was added. After many hours on the phone the 1500 were removed and I was given a new fresh 30 day unlimited plan and all seemed well.

Today with 6 days left on that 30 day plan I had no service and had to add air time to call support.

They will not return the six days they stoled and would not refund the money for the airtime used to call support.
