I have used Netdropshipper.com since June of 2005. I am/was an eBay Powerseller. The customer service that I received was average at best until November, December of 2005 and January of this year. I ordered thousands of dollars in items over the holiday time frame only to have to refund the majority of the monies back to my customers due to slow or no shipment at all ($10,000 in refunds for 2 months!). Some of the items were to have "expedited shipping" via FedEx, of which I paid more monies for this to happen (customers wanted to be sure they would receive thier items in time for Christmas). The main item in particular that I had problems with was the iTrip iPod for Nano. I sold at least 15 of this item of which non were delivered in a time frame better than 25 days from the date the order was placed! What this company did was, scan these items as if they were waiting for FedEx to pick them up and then simply never put them on the truck for delivery! I sent numerous emails requesting a status with weeks of no response. Then finally I reported them to the LABBB. Shortly after I was getting a response to my emails. I was told that if my customers could no longer wait for their items I should cancel them before they were put on the truck for pick up. (Lets not forget, per the tracking information these items were scanned on 12/27/05 and as of 1/12/06 were still NOT picked up by FedEx.) I then sent one email with orders numbers for all of the items that needed to be cancelled due to the slow delivery, I also stated that the credited amount should appear on my credit card that they have on file and not as a credit balance towards my account. Only 3 of the orders were cancelled and they placed the credits on my account for me to use towards my next purchase! When I sent follow up emails asking about the other orders that were supposed to be cancelled guess what? A week later 1/18/06 those orders were being shipped and delivered. I had already refunded these folks their monies out of my own pocket. Now those angry customers who demanded and received refunds were getting items for free because this company had inadequate staff to field all of the emailed requests that they received during the busy holiday timeframe. I again emailed regarding this travesty to get a reply stating that they don't know what the problem is,

I have several more issues with this company and I WILL NOT be cancelling my account with them until they are ALL resolved as I fear a total shut out will occur. But the day I get all of my monies refunded back to my credit card I am done with them forever. I have email them regarding this however, I have yet to receive a response. I have resorted to emailing Angela K. and Marina S. directly at netdropshipper.com in hopes of a timely response to my issues and woes. I am still unsatisfied. As I type this up I have received a reply to my request for my monies back that are just sitting in that account. The reply is telling me that I don't have a credit because it was issued in error. I just want off of the crazy NetDropshipper ride. I want all of my issues with them resolved. I want my monies applied back to my credit card as requested. I want justice for them being instrumental in maring my 100% feedback rating that I had on eBay. They say that they do not guarantee shipping, if that is the case then why bother offering ANY expedited shipping options for an additional fee? They use FedEx as the carrier but if they don't put the items on the truck who should I be upset with? I am filing a claim with FedEx next in regards to this companies practices. I could write a small novel about my woes with this particular company. I am very very very disappointed with how all of this has come to pass. When I started with this company their BBB rating was a C. Now its an F.

I am still awaiting my refund check. I called the above number today and got a voicemail that said I had reached "Alla". I left a message and I am wondering if she is going to call me back. So its been a week and I guess its ok to use that number because its still up and running. More to come......

I am also owed lots of monies from NetDropshipper.com. I too have sent 3-4 emails everyday to try and rectify my problems with no answer. I finally started filing chargeback claims via my credit card to get some action. Upon doing so they shut my account down without notifying me. They also took the monies I filed for in the chargeback out of the credit balance that they owed me on my account! I had also filed a claim via FedEx for an item that they shipped that per FedEx was "Improperly Packaged". I had filed this claim mid February and NDS refused delivery for one of the pieces that was being returned to them via FedEx. So as I looked at the information I had via FedEx, I found a phone number that NDS had put on the packages. I called it. The woman who answered just said "Hello". I was very friendly and light and said, "Angela?" (That is the name of the person that I would sometimes get to respond to my 100's of emails [ak@netdropshipper.com]). She said "Yes this is.." then I launched into why they refused delivery on that item. She put me on hold and then said that I probably wanted the refund for that item. I said YES. She promised to call me back when her supervisor came back from lunch. About 30 minutes later I receieved a call back from her and she placed a credit back on my credit card that minute. Then I asked her why I had no access to my account anymore. She said that they do that when a person files a chargeback claim. Knowing that I was pushing my luck at this point I inquired about my credit balance on my account and asked why I did not have the monies yet. At that point she seemed to have all the information on me she needed. She knew that date that I requested it and the exact amount it should be. She advised me that it would be mailed to me 3/31/06. I have not received it yet but I am waiting. I also asked about some other refund issues and then I guess I hit my limit because she was unable to answer anymore questions. I don't know how long this direct number to her will work but here it is for all to use. I tried to do a google search on it and came up with nothing. Again, she answered to the name of Angela and here is the number: (323) 459-9599 . I hope I don't have to use this number to the point of excess but if I don't receive my monies in the mail I will keep digging and I will get another phone number or find another way to get a live person to talk to.

Thank you for the information. I already filed a claim w/the LABBB. Like I said in my complaint. They went form a C to an F in their rating from November to January. I think I will now just start complaining to the BBB for every single thing that they have done that is shady. Right now I am haggling w/them over a credit adjustment that should have gone on my credit card that they have put on my "account", as if I want to use their services further.

I hope the guy from Minnesota contacts me about the lawsuit he is trying to get against them. I will so get in on that. Thanks to that company they have helped ruin my eBay business and my sisters eBay business as well. I don't know how I have been able to be in business with them since June and just now feeling the degree of their poor business practices. I think because at first I was using a lot of my own inventory and didn't rely solely on netdropshipper.com. I do take responsibility for not staying up on their BBB rating (because they used to have the BBB symbol on their site.) But I feel the rating went down so quickly no one could have possible seen this train coming down the tracks. Especially over the holiday season.

I just wanted to tell you and all the others, the more that we report these ppl to the BBB the better it is . I was able to get my refund by going to the BBB and doing chargebacks with my credit card company that I used with these Netdropshipper ppl. I also noticed on the BBB site the last report on them is from 2005. We really need to update this and have more in 2006 that have been recently ripped off start making reports..

that is all you have to put in and you will get all sorts of information. I was also a victim and lost $2500.00 and my Ebay business.
So I am in the same boat as you.
