I receive damaged discs all the time with out receiving any compensation or reimbursement for the fees I pay monthly.

They also do not provide streaming for any of the shows I'd like to watch. It's only the old stuff that everybody's already seen or were not popular in the first place.

Basically, their charges are not commensurate with the services they provide.
