As I sit here in Bangkok in front of my computer I have seen that Netflix a company in dire straights has been billing me for over 6 months for an account I never opened nor used.

Interestingly it isn't even available in Bangkok.

A few days ago when I discovered the fraud on my paypal account I immediately contacted paypal and Netflix via telephone.

I was assured by Netfix rep that I would be creditied. Today I saw that ONLY 1 month had been credited.

I called them again and spoke to a Gloria who insisted that I was due only 1 month since that is their "policy" and terms.

TERMS? I have no agreement with them.

I asked to speak to a supervisor only to be held on the phone for over 17 minutes [it is 2am where their customer service is located] It seems to me the biling conincides with their release of numbers of members - and income.

You have to wonder how many other "members" are being billed these small amounts to perpetuate a fraud on the markets with false numbers.

Also of course there is the issue of the unearned income being taken from people like myself.

Please investigate this and forewarn the public

How did Netflix get your billing information?  I doubt if they randomly picked it out of the sky.

Are you sure no one there signed up for a trial subscription and forgot to cancel?

So your claim is that Netflix has nothing better to do than to randomly make up account numbers and create fraudulent debits in order to "pad" their numbers.

I guess it never even crossed your mind that perhaps you signed up for them at some point for a "free trial" and never canceled, or perhaps someone even stole your information to open an account.  Nope in your mind it MUST be them just making up this information.

By the way if you are in Bangkok(Thailand?) why did you post as if you were from Florida?
