I E-filed my taxes on Jan 31, 2013. I received my refund on Feb 7, 2013. Only one problem, I have not received my NetSpend Card that my refund was deposited to. I have called numerous times to ask why I haven't received my card, and I get a different person and each time it is some other problem, whether its was my address transposed by one number, or wrong city. Today, the excuse was that the order for the 3rd card was put in before my address was changed, but when I called last week, I answered several questions to identify myself and changed my address, and the order was sent out and I would have my card within 2-3 business days...7 days later, they tell me that it will be 10 days and I will get it...or I can go purchase a temp card at my local grocery, but they can only load so much money per 24 hours. So I can wait another 2 weeks, or go get a temp card. Considering changing my tax services next year due to all this.
