netspend never use netspend for tax refund Internet

Wow i will never use a netspend card to receive my tax refund again. My refund came back 2/15/13 and its now 3/13/13 and i still can get my money off the card. The day the money came my account it was blocked i call answer some questions to unlock it and use it once before i got a text that it was blocked again. When i called they said it was for my safety. I need to send id ssn card and a bill. This is a prepaid card why do i need all of that.
I called Advance America were i got my taxes done and got the card from. They said they will fax the information to netspend and they can use my tax information as for my address. Well netspend said my id was to dark and they still needed a bill. I have not bills. Great!
Over this month i send 15 copies of id. All to dark. Really? then after updating my address with my employer send pay check stub. Then netspend said they still need my ssn. Card and id. They already had my ssn card for the being. Oh well. I asked can i email it to you. Yes. Wow yes. Why you didn't offer that when my id was to dark. So i email id and ssn card.
I called they said they still need my address. What about my paycheck stub i send in.ok we have it now you have to wait 2 day to get you money. They just giving me the run around it my money i want it now i need a car and many other things. They are playing with peoples money and its not right
Its just a prepaid card never went through this much before even at a bank.
They even lye about they name. I asked who am i speaking with she said Amy. Amy who she said um um Goodwill. If i ever get my money never again will i use netspend.
