The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Michael Won during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases toward Nett Solutions.

Nett Solutions is a full service digital marketing agency that specializes in working with small businesses. During their nine years of business Nett Solutions realized that there is a need for a marketing company that can match the personal nature of most small businesses. Michael Won, Vice President of Nett Solutions stated, "Our main focus is to work with small to medium size businesses who are doing well, but are not quite a the point where they can build out an in house marketing team."

Since Nett Solutions is a marketing company most of their leads come from their website, and internal marketing campaigns. Once a potential customer expresses interest in their company one of their consultants or account executives will call them and figure out what type of marketing goals they have for their company. From that point, "we figure out what they need...and we align them with five or six different types of online advertising channels they can use."



CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION NETT SOLUTIONS

During the onsite interview Mr. Won was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Won explained a time where Nett Solutions was able to see a potential complaint, and address it before any issues arose. "There was an issue where the ad system went down for Google Adwords...we pro-actively reached out to them and said we extended your bill date to accommodate for the technical down time."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Won explained that the reports where made by past employees. These former employees started a competing agency and took propriety company information along with them. Nett Solutions sued them for this, and their response was to write the mentioned Ripoff Report. In order to ensure future and present clients, Mr. Won advised that Nett Solutions is an Adware Certified Partner with Google, and has an A rating with the Better Business Bureau.

When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to make things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Won stated, "We're trying to be more proactive. Really identify any potential issues before they happen, and just be up front if something goes wrong."
