Order placed 11/18. Credit card charge posted 11/19. No information or merchandise received by 12/9. Phoned 1 800 939 8665 and sent email to address from USA Tool Warehouse website. Person on phone said he was just call center and was incapable of accessing any order information. He said I would have to speak to "Todd Morgan" and he would transfer me. Got voice mail and left message. Never received any response or any product. email was returned 12/9 as undeliverable.
