Complaint Review: Neudermis and Lavish - Woodland California

Neudermis and Lavish Names on credit card statement were Premier Skin Serum and TKL*TryBeautyFace I have never been taken like this before. The website offered two products for cost of shipping only. When I saw the credit card statement with $187.41 charge, I called each of the numbers and was told by both that I needed to read the agreement before I shared my info. I saw nothing about being charged more than the shipping. The products do NOT work. Both representatives at the phone numbers on my credit card offered refunds...one 50% ($44.87) and the other 35% ($44.39). What a scam. I guess I need to stop being honest and produce some cream with purified water and a fine print contract where people can pay me over $90 after I trick them into thinking they are receiving a sample for $3.95 and $4.95. This is highway robbery, and the fact they post the smaller costs and not the real costs states that they are aware that people will not read the fine print. Shame on you, Neudermis and Lavish! Shame on you. Woodland California

I thought I was purchasing samples for shipping costs of Neudermis and Lavish.  Then charges totalling $187.41 appeared on my credit card statement. When I called the numbers on my credit card, both company representative Verna and Sarri told me  I had signed a contract to receive the product each month. Verna offered me 50% refund, but not full refund.  Sarri offered 35% refund, but not full refund.  This product does not work.  Both reps said that it does work for most ladies.  Shame on you people!!  You make sure you post in print in large text how much the shipping will be, but hide that it is a contract and costs $90 each monthly.  Shame on you!!!  I will be contacting the BBB, my state attorney general and my credit card company.  Shame on you!  If I had seen a contract, if there is one, I certainly would not have proceeded with this order for a sample for $90 each.  Shame on you!

Lavish Stepped Up to The Plate ~ Neudermis Has Not

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Thursday, September 17, 2015

After contacting Lavish and Neudermis and not being satisfied; then contacting my credit card company and being only partially satifsifed; I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, RipOffReports, and a government office concerning online sales.

Lavish (PREMIERE SKIN SERUM) stepped up to the plate and refunded my entire $89.73.  I want to thank you kindly for your honesty.

Neudermis (TKL *TRYBEAUTYFACE) refunded only $66.58.  So I paid them $22.20 for a product that lists the main ingredient as purified water.....which, of course, did not perform as it was advertised.

Even with the full and partial refund, I would recommend that buyers beware of these two companies.  A company has to know what they are doing to entice consumers with large text advertising a small amount, then later claim the consumer agreed to an amount twenty times more than what was in the large text.  I did find a website where they advertised and the larger amount and acknowledgement of a monthly club WAS on the front page where the form was located.  But, the site I ordered on was not this page and did NOT have the information they stated I agreed to honor.

Buyers BEWARE.

I contacted my credit card company, who contacted each of these companies.  After my credit card company contacted them, Neudermis offered a $66.58 refund on the $88.78 charge, and Lavish would offer no more than $44,87 on the $89.73 charge. They each have 15 days from August 22nd to post these refunds, or I will dispute the charges again.  I still must pay my credit card the amount of $75.96 for these two companies submitted charges. I still am going to contact the BBB and our attorney general.  If they chose to place the shipping and offer in LARGE text, they knew what they were doing hiding the $90 each in small print (if it was actually there for I do not know as I did not see it anywhere, but was not looking for it either).  I learned a lesson from these companies.  Unscrupulous, deceiving practices abound.  Perhaps I can get a few hundred friends to order, and mail back the items as soon as they receive them. LOL! Just joking, but I feel they need to be taught such a lesson in some manner.  God sees everything....and there is no telling how many people like me have had their hard earned money removed from them as I was.  Shame on you, Lavish and Neudermis.  Purified water!!!  LOL!
