after going thru "good cop/bad cop" routine about an old debt that was paid-in-full, i was RUDELY told by a mr. bolton that "the individual means ABSOLUTELY nothing! the banks & lenders can do ANYTHING they want at any time, but the individual cannot!" i couldn't (& still can't) believe that anyone would say such an arrogant, RUDE thing, but that is the climate in this country - they can do or say ANYTHING to us poor people.
