RE:

AUTHOR: Customer Care - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 23, 2016

On October 14, 2015 Denise had signed up for our trial program, under our terms and conditions that state that she will be billed 14 days from the date of receipt of her shipment, plus sent additional product unless she cancels within her trial period or prior to the second shipment.

We had not received Denise's request to cancel within her trial period so we fulfilled the terms of the trial program that she signed up for and didn't expect there to be any issues.

To our surprise after billing Denise for the products she had received and kept at this point, we find out that Denise expects the product to be completely "free of charge", (which we never once offered) and she also did not anticipate the second shipment she received.

This was only made clear to us outside of Denise's trial period, and terms and conditions that she agreed to, but at no point during her trial did she call to cancel or request a return merchandise authorization so we were not under the impression that she expected us to perptually send her products free of charge.
