Yes these people attached a letter by sending me an application for Wage Garnishment by Pressler and Pressler, LLP. In a form of Debt Collection by New Century Financial Services, Inc. They have harrassed me over the phone by saying someone an officer will by at my house to arrest me and that I was stupid and naive if I don't comply with this suit against me. I would like to give a report for harrassment charges against them. I was working but I am on disability and receive government assistance. I have also a recording of the person who called me and phone numbers of the individuals who called me to harrassed me on the phone and are constantly trying to call every time.

This law firm threateneds everyone. The are a huge collection attorneys office and makes millions of dollars. They do no care about anyone. Ijust filed my rreport today.
Just wanted you to know they cannot take federal social security disability benefits or any other disability money you receive. I am on permanent social security and am familiar with this.

According to the FTC,these folks can't threten you in this manner! It's a violation of collection practices! Please,contact the FTC,BBB,and The State Attorney General's office! It amazes me that in spite of the unethical practices that they do,that they're still permitted to do practice law.They'll go below the belt and not flinch.The best to you.
