I do not know a Jose Chao nor is anyone at New Horizons name Jose This is easy enough to verify, My name is Manny Plascencia and I am director of operations for the company. We have never scammed anyone out of money ever. This individual recieved a Loan Modification from Wells Fargo. He went from 5.75 % to 3.95% for 12 months. He did not warrant a Loan Modification for the life of the loan because he has excellent credit and makes too much money with very little debt. In other words he is seeking a get out of jail free card. He faces no hardship and wants to take advantage of the system. Our network of attorneys are individual law firms. To receive a refund all this individual has to do is not take the Loan Modification offered to him by Wells Fargo based on our efforts however he wants to take their deal and have us refund his fees as well which is not how our agreement was structured. He is far from down on his luck. His Debt to Income ratio is 35% and still recieved a reduction which he wants for free. He has been advised to decline the offer from Wells Fargo and we would refund his fees however he states there is no agreement in writing from wells fargo. We offered to put him on a conference call with his lender to sort itout however he refused. One or the other but we dont give free rides. Cant have your cake and eat it too.
