New Queens Auto & Truck Service, a company that used to be called "Prince Auto" when it was located in Flushing (Queens), has defrauded me while failing to make the proper repairs to my vehicle.
The company is run by a boss, Mr. Chun Kau Ng, who looks the other way when his crooked employees clearly defrauds his customers on a variety of mechanical repair fraud.
For example, I bought my car to Mr. Ng, who promised me that he could fix it. However, he was not able to fix my car after the promised date. Instead, he gave me a new excuse each time I called him to ask about the status of the repair.
Just to be clear: Ng does not do anything that will get his hands dirty because he is the boss. He simply delegates the work to his incompetent employees, who will find any excuses to wreck the car to insert new charges to the final bill.
After weeks of run-around, I finally called and told Ng that I will pick up my car regardless if it is fixed or not, and I will have it towed out of his shop if I had to. Yes, he held on to my car for weeks while I had insurance on it. That got Ng to cooperate and told me that the car will be ready to pick up in a few days.
The day I went to pick up my car, there was clearly something wrong with it because the car's engine sounded unusually loud. I asked Ng if there were something wrong, but he just said it was probably the muffler being too loud, and that it was "safe to drive."
I drove the car off thinking that it was safe to drive, but then it started having a bunch of problems not long after I took it home. I then took my car to other mechanics that my friends vouched for to have it checked out.
The brakes pads were completely gone, so I had to replace them. There were 2 belts in my engine that were about to snap, so I had to replace them. Then, I found out that my a/c compressor was broken and had to replace that.
Needless to say, Ng lied to me about the car being safe to drive and that there was nothing wrong with it. As a mechanic, he had the obligation to tell me if anything was wrong with my car before I even drove it off the lot of his shop.
What if my engine belt snapped while I was droving 65 mph on the NJ Turnpike? And my brake pads were gone! I know nothing about cars... and Ng, along with his cronies, were going to set me up for a major car accident!
Ladies and Gents, there is nothing ethical or moral about this auto repair shop that is operated by Chun Kau Ng. Ng even admited to my friend one time that he has no choice but to rip his customers off because the new location of his shop (used to be located on Prince Street) requires a lot more moeny for rent.
I had relatives who took their cars to Ng's shop and had very bad experiences. Ng's employees would fix a problem and created more mechanical failures.
Bottomline: STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUSTERS! Go to Fxxxxxx, Sxxxx Auto, or Mxxxxxx! (((REDACTED)))
